Samuel Mosher founded Signal Oil and Gas
and was at one time the largest independent oil company on the west coast. The Mosher foundation, a private family foundation supporting education, health care and the performing arts was founded in 1951. First Crescent is proud to have the Mosher Foundation on our client list!
