Harambee - For Those Who Share a Vision for Africa
First Crescent was contracted to design and develop the new site for the Harambee USA Foundation that would attract supporters, volunteers and benefactors who share their same vision for Africa. First Crescent is based in California. Harambee USA is based out of New York, and obviously the web site is for the benefit of the children of Africa. This 3-cornered development team is so typical of today’s world.
In addition to designing a stunning new look and feel, we developed and enabled photo galleries, streaming video, and developed the new site with a completely integrated Content Management System. This CMS gives the Harambee Foundation complete control over their site updates, their content edits, new images and more. Further we gave web site visitors an easy, secure online method to donate money to the foundation.
