Stan has authored several training manuals since 1994. Subjects range from operation manuals for digital broadcast equipment, corporate operation manuals, to sailing training and orientation manuals.
As Music Director, Production Director, and Dee Jay, Stan facilitated in the conversion of two separate radio stations from analog to digital. While Chief operator & Programmer of the state of the art digital broadcast system the RCS MasterControl digital broadcast system, Stan led staff RCS training with his self-authored training manuals.
