Stan Krome is passionate.
About developing websites for his clients. About Casa del Alma in San Miguel de Allende. About traveling to Tierra del Fuego. About meeting and chatting with Inuit peoples north of the Arctic Circle. About stargazing on his deck. About mountain climbing and skiing in the Rockies. About communication. The same dynamic energy fuels everything he does.
Before he founded First Crescent, Stan was a Land Surveyor, sold nearly 100 million of dollars of real estate, skippered sail boats, and was music director for a radio station. All the while, he developed leadership and marketing skills. In his spare time, he played guitar and sang in various groups and venues. He still plays in a classic rock band.
He saw the creative connection between the music world and digital art while teaching web classes at the University of California at Santa Barbara Extension program. So he immersed himself in the developing world of web design. He stayed at the forefront of Internet technology, exploring, investigating and trying out the newest ideas.
As founder of First Crescent since 1997, he combines his creative talent and marketing skills with advanced web technology to provide effective communication for his clients.
If he ever decides to slow down, he and his wife may move to the home they own, Casa del Alma in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. But one thing won’t change – he’s sure to serve his friends the same aromatic drip coffee that his clients enjoy when they drop into his office in Santa Barbara.
